1. pick your plan
Take a look at the 400+ home plans on our website to find the size and style you are looking for. Most all of our plans can be built with logs, so let us know your favorites. We will provide pricing and apply your promotional discount, depending on the options you choose. Give us a call at 1-800-970-2224, and we will provide your personal Building Consultant to assist you further.
2. design your home
Once your order is placed, we are happy to customize your plan in our awesome Design Center. You’ll enjoy 3D tours of your home via our Virtual Design Center. You can meet online with our designers to view your home in 3D and make revisions on the spot while you watch, all from the comfort of your own home. There is no software to learn and no extra cost.
3. deliver your dream!
Once your customized design is completed, we will document the changes to your materials package and price via a Change Order. When you are ready for us to begin the actual production of your log home package (typically 6 weeks before your delivery date), your payment balance will be brought to 50%, and the final 50% payment is due upon shipment of the home package.
