Yes. Depending on the plan you choose and the changes you specify, we may be able to make your plan changes and provide a Custom Made Easy™ discount. Call us to discuss. 1-800-970-2224
The plan I want is listed, but I need more/different plan changes.
Call us at 1-800-970-2224 or email us at info@naturalelementhomes.com. Tell us the plan you want, and prepare a quick list of changes you wish to make. We may be able to modify your plan accordingly and provide a Custom Made Easy™ discount. It never hurts to ask!
Why is Custom Made Easy™ less expensive?
Since Custom Made Easy™ allows you to make changes to your plan on your own, the time and costs typically associated with custom home design are greatly reduced. We are passing these savings on to you. Also, since this is a relatively new service, we have included promotional discounts as well. You can save big bucks!
What is the next step after saving my Custom Made Easy™ design?
We need to talk by telephone about your overall project. We can discuss your custom materials package, pricing, builder, budget, land, path forward, and more. Feel free to call us at 1-800-970-2224, or leave your number when you save your design, and we will call you.
How do I get construction level drawings from my Custom Made Easy™ saved design?
We can develop a detailed “bid-set” of plans for you without a legal license to build the home. This allows you to engage the builder, confirm the total cost to build, apply for a loan, and prepare for construction. You will then enter into a Materials Package Purchase Agreement with Natural Element Homes, and we will complete your construction blueprints and provide the legal license to build the copyrighted plan. Moving directly from Custom Made Easy™ to Purchase Agreement will provide the largest discount. Moving forward with the “bid-set” of plans will provide a lesser discount.
Can I use my Custom Made Easy™ saved design to develop my own design or to build with?
No. Every Custom Made Easy™ design is copyright protected and is not licensed to modify or to use for construction without the express written permission of Natural Element Homes.
